23-0603-SVEB-bridge-E – Bridge from CELTA to SVEB 1 Certificate Trainer certified SFAL (Swiss Federation of Adult Learning)

NEW: This course is intended for people who have obtained a CELTA certificate within the past 5 years, and who have 150 hours of teaching-related experience working with adults (teaching groups, one-to-one, leading a project or a group discussion, etc. minimum group size 3). Candidates will be accepted with no teaching experience outside of CELTA but must complete the required 150 hours within 2 years following course completion in order to receive the certificate. Please note that, in all cases, hours refers to 60-minute hours, not lessons. In addition to the actual course contact hours, participants are required to fulfil a pre‐course and a post-course assignment and do further reading and reflection. However, the CELTA to SVEB bridge module requires participants to submit a pre-course assignment no later than one week before the start of the course. This means that the enrolment deadline for this course needs to be 15 days before the start of the course in order to allow sufficient time to complete and submit the assignment.
