New approach to develop key competences through environment

The target groups of L-​​Green Project are :

• the direct target group are trainers and teachers in adult education field
• the indirect target group are low-​​skilled adults, low qualified or without qualification, drop-​​outs young adults, immigrants;

The project aims to improve and to support trainers in their approach to the target group and to facilitate the target groups’ access to new jobs.

The L-​​Green Project will develop an innovative approach in learning key competences, integrated into a transversal dimension, the environment and sustainable development, which motivates the target group.

The project aims at :

• developing new methodologies and tools to increase key competencies for low-​​skilled adults through environment
• developing eco-​​citizen behaviour
• giving access to new job within this sector

The project objectives :

• To design and achieve tools and methodology to increase Keys Competencies for low-​​skilled adults by using the topic of environment ;
• To produce tools in order to increase trainer knowledge about environment and trades, to help them using this topic in training activity for low-​​skilled adults ;
• To identify work opportunities for low-​​skilled adults in the environmental fields, in the project partnership countries and to sensibilise them regarding the established trades.
